Directions:

1. Use the beauty stone on the skin before coming out of the shower, or soak area in warm water. Do not use the stone if the skin is not wet.
2. Rub the stone on soapy skin.
3. Rinse the stone thoroughly with warm water.
4. Apply any kind of skin lotion to the treated area, if desired.
5. Rinse the stone with warm water after each use.

Do not use if you are diabetic, have poor circulation, or if there is any inflammation in the affected area. Do not use if the area to be treated is scratched or wounded.
